ALVAstate grew out of the challenges of my own property purchase in Buenos Aires. I experienced how difficult it is to coordinate decisions, payments, appointments and practical work from Europe.

I combine many years of project management experience with a growing local network. The goal is a reliable, documented process for international owners—with one accountable contact instead of many disconnected providers.

Current status: market preparation and network development. Paid services will be offered after formal registration in Argentina.

How do I stay in control from a distance?

Through written approvals, documented quotes, photos, videos, receipts and clearly agreed status updates.

Can ALVAstate take over every task completely?

ALVAstate coordinates the agreed operational tasks locally. Legal decisions, contracts, approvals and certain payments remain with the owner or appropriately licensed specialists.

Can rental income be transferred from Argentina to Europe?

This depends on the foreign-exchange, banking and tax rules in force and on the individual account structure. ALVAstate makes no blanket promise and does not provide financial or tax advice. Clarification can be coordinated with suitable banks, tax advisers and legal professionals.

Is ALVAstate an estate agent or law firm?

No. ALVAstate does not sell property and does not replace legal, tax or financial advice. The focus is local coordination and support.

Can I use individual services?

Yes. In addition to ongoing support, individual property visits, handovers, cleanings or clearly defined coordination tasks can be agreed once operations have started.
